Leos (July 23 to August 22) are among the kings of the zodiac. They are generous and warm-hearted, creative, faithful and loving. They can be prideful and dominant, however. In Greek mythology, Leo was the lion that was killed by Hercules as the first of his 12 chores. Leos are spontaneous and extroverted. Leo is a born leader, cheerful and optimistic.

They conquer obstacles the same way a lion conquers their foes—like a hunter, who spots his prey, stalks, and pounces.  Leos tend to be very focused on their goals and ambitions. Like the king of beasts, they like to be in command and make good leaders. They have strong intelligence and can be philosophical, even religious. Leos like to be the center of attention and have powerful egos. They can be resentful if they’re not the center of attention. Leos occasionally need to remember that less is more and they can attract as much attention if they stop trying so hard to get it. It’s that pride thing, again.

Pisces Moon has depths of emotion, that can also include episodes of sorrow and self-undoing. Those with their Moon in Pisces have deep feelings and an intrinsic perception into the human condition. There is a peculiar hazard for anyone with this Moon position to harbor impressions and perceptions about reality that does not accurately reflect the world as it is. Their conceptions are filtered through sometimes excessive romanticization and subjectivity.

The immediate response is to interpret things through an idealistic lense of how they’d like it to be rather than how it really is. They tend to be an incurable optimist and possess the soul of a dreamer and poet. Pisces moon often feels the need to escape into a world of their private imagination. Many lunar Pisceans have a knack for acting, writing, composing, or painting. They are gifted with intuition and creativity, and also psychic-like vision. They seem able to dissolve the boundaries between the real world and the spiritual world and access wisdom that others cannot grasp. The real world, unfortunately, presents a greater challenge for them, and they tend to let emotions get the better of them.

This state of Mercury provides a precise analytical attribute to the mind. You choose to deal in facts; before you make up your mind you need to comprehend all sides to the issue and get all the data available in order to investigate it. Once you develop a theory, you’re pretty convinced it is the truth. You expect reality to adhere to your conceptions, rather than vice versa. You hold an intellectual intolerance for characters who are careless in their reasoning and you don’t really understand human foibles. Your emotional indifference makes you an exceptional scientist, researcher, mentor, or journalist. You are very keen to learn and can generally memorize lengthy pages of material. A flaw is your eagerness to take on too much activity or too many plans. You wear yourself down, and at times grow neurotic and hypercritical. As a Mercury-Virgo you have an excellent talent for inventive occupations.

You are enamored with love. Still, you are far more romantic than sensual. You glide smoothly over the poetry of love. Anything rude, crude, indecent, or coarse repels you. In your view, genuine love is of the spirit. This is not to say you are prudish or sexually chaste. Surely, you fall in love too quickly and often have more than one affair operating at a time. Nevertheless, a love affair for a Venus-Libran must possess all the right trappings and rituals.

The atmosphere produced by champagne, intimate candlelit dinners, poetry composed expressly for you, and gorgeous gifts really loosen your reservations. You put high value on charming social manners. People who don’t measure up are promptly rejected regardless of what their deeper qualities may be. Venus-in Libra can be distant and detached toward anyone who presumes. This position of Venus is excellent for creative talent or talent for design and illustration. You are prosperous working in creative plans within a partnership or marriage (sometimes you combine both). Venus-Librans adore conveniences and extravagance and tend to be overpriced with money.

Mars in Gemini likes dynamic activity of the mind. You are cleverly cerebral, with a steel-trap mind that immediately understands concepts and shapes novel ideas. You are perceptive and realistic and reach conclusions in a flash. The dilemma is that you lack strength of determination. You hesitate, dawdle, and think of yet another delay. In matters of sensuality, you feel desire in the mind before it matures into reality.

You appreciate the enterprise leading up to lovemaking and have emotions that are easily stimulated. However, as soon as an affair suffers a loss of zest and becomes dull you look for the exit hatch. You manage to have plenty of relationships and intimacies. Mars-Geminis are apt to encourage and to lead others through the power of the verbalized and printed word. Usually you possess a captivating voice and a compelling gift to persuade others of what you say.

Is there a creature on the planet more magnificent than the Tiger. We think not, and that’s not even our sign. On our Chinese restaurant menu today, here’s how they describe the Tiger: If you were born in the years 1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986 or 1998, you’re a Tiger. Tiger people are aggressive, courageous, candid and sensitive. Look to the Horse and Dog for happiness. Beware of the Monkey. Tigers are born leaders.

The Tiger is the third Sign of the Chinese Zodiac. It is a Yang Sign and most closely associated with the Wood Element. Recent Tiger years have been 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, and 1998. The Tiger is a very changeable person, with a potent natural ability that is often in great danger of being abused. They are either leaders or rebels. They can be vain, quarrelsome and overly aggressive at times, but their inherent charisma and vast reserves of charm are usually sufficient to extract them from any problems that may arise from their lack of foresight.

Nurturing yet dangerous, vital and deadly, water is a ripe with contradiction. In moderate amounts it is a blessing, in over abundance, a curse. Water is the only element with the ability to put out fire and make things grow and thrive. Water is vital to our very survival. Without water crops wither and die and there is no food. The human body, and in fact, all life on Earth is dependent upon water. Yet, even for life, water has the potential to be deadly. Too much water in the body leads to water intoxication and even death. It is, however, a delicate balance.

Too little water and all life withers and dies with the effects of the hot sun. Too much water chokes out needed oxygen and drowns. It is for this very reason the element water is represented by the color black. Water rules intelligence and wisdom. People born under the element water are uncommonly intelligent and capable. For all their wisdom and reasoning ability, water people tend to have difficulty making and sticking to decisions. Diplomatic, and intuitive, water people are flexible. They have a special ability to ‘go with the flow’ and are usually easygoing.

The ENFJ is one of the 16 MBTI personality types. ENFJ stands for extraverted (E), intuitive (N), feeling (F) and judging (J). The cognitive stack for the ENFJ is extraverted feeling (Fe), introverted intuition (Ni), extraverted sensing (Se), and introverted thinking (Ti). ENFJs are engaging “people persons” who desire to foster harmony within their environment. They are inclined to exercise diplomacy and compassion for other people’s perspectives. Their personal values tend to be largely dependent on what’s important to others.

ENFJs seek to be helpful and appreciated by those around them. They are enthusiastic and positive minded with a focus on the future. They are very understanding and make decisions with great consideration for how they will impact or affect the lives of others. ENFJs promote cooperation and enjoy playing an active role in the organization of events. They make for excellent counselors and can be inspirational leaders. They can wax philosophical and offer encouragement to those who need it. ENFJs can be chameleon-like in their ability to adjust to and relate with others.
